Gloria Feldt is a nationally renowned activist, keynote speaker, and bestselling
author. During her presentation, Gloria will reveal why women are stuck at 18%
of top leadership roles and, though inspirational stories and practical tools, shows
how women can redefine power, lead with intention, and reach parity from the
boardroom to the bedroom for good --- their own and society’s.
Shoshana Johnson is recognized as the first African American female prisoner of
war (POW) of Operation Iraqi Freedom, She will share stories found in her best-
seller, I’m Still Standing: From Captured Soldier to Free Citizen---My Journey
Home, depicting her journey to self-empowerment. Shoshana’s awards and
decorations include the US Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Ribbon, Good
Conduct Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, and Prisoner of War
Medal.

be a better woman!”
“The experience was wonderful, as usual! This is my 3rd conference, and each
time is so valuable and relevant to my own life and career. Thank you for
another amazing event.”
“This is one of the best conferences I have ever attended. I’m inspired and ready
to go out and inspire others because of what I have learned and the people I met
