Daisy Jenkins

Daisy M. Jenkins, Esq., is the President of Daisy Jenkins & Associates, LLC, specializing in Human Resources consulting and executive and developmental coaching. She is a Senior Advisor with the THEO Executive Group, headquartered in Irving, TX, and a retired Raytheon Company and Carondelet Health Network executive.


Jenkins published articles locally and nationally as a Public Voices Fellow through the OpEd Program and The University of Arizona and has authored four novels: “Within The Walls, A Journey Through Sexism and Racism in Corporate America. “The Green Machine,” “Heaven on Eartha,” and “We See You! Thirty Mold-Breaking Men Shine a Light on Goodness.”


She has received numerous awards including The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law “2022 Lifetime Achievement Award,” BizTucson’s 2021 “Women Leading the Region,” “The 2015 Sí Se Puéde Legacy Award,” “Women Who Lead” from the University of Arizona (UA) Gender & Women’s Studies, the “Phenomenal Woman of the Year” from UA Black Alumni; “2007 Tucson Woman of the Year,” and “Distinguished Alumnus” from the UA James E. Rogers College of Law.


Community affiliations include The University of Arizona (UA) Foundation Board of Trustees, Pima County Healthcare Benefits Board of Trustees, Tucson Airport Authority, UA James E. Rogers College of Law Board of Visitors, Chairs the University of Arizona Community Council for Student Success, and Board of Directors of the African American Museum of Southern Arizona.


Jenkins holds bachelor’s and masters’ degrees in Communication from the University of Hawaii and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She is a woman of faith and has been married to Fred C. Jenkins, Jr. for 59 years and has two sons and a host of wonderful grandchildren.
