Emmanuelle Fahey

Emmanuelle is the Restorative Justice Coordinator at the Pima County Attorney’s Office where she designed and implemented an adult Restorative Justice Program. The program is a community-led alternative to prosecution that centers the needs of those harmed by crime and conflict through a reparative process using talking circles.

Prior to joining PCAO, Emmanuelle worked on urban safety projects for the city of Montréal, where she first learned the benefits of a restorative justice process for all involved parties. She also served Tucson’s wonderful refugee community through the International Rescue Committee, managing an employment program involving partnerships with local businesses.

She holds a master’s in public policy and public administration and a B.A. in International Studies. She is particularly interested in the development of public policies and programs that address structural inequalities. She loves hiking, The Loft Cinema, a good dance floor with friends, and being with family.
