Dr. Johnny Chavez

Dr. Chavez is the founder and director of Voices of Change, LLC, an education and literacy focused organization located in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Chavez is a certified instructional designer/developer, cognitive behavioral therapy life coach, and spiritual advisor. He is also an author, and poet dedicated to impacting and changing lives.



Dr. Chavez currently serves as adjunct Professor for the University of the Cumberlands, Simpson University, and Baker University, instructing courses in Business and Management. Prior to these current initiatives, Dr. Chavez retired after 28 years of service in both state and federal corrections as an Associate Warden at FCC Tucson.
