Kendall Foster, a Native to Tucson and Native Tribal member to Gila River Indian Community. Bold, visionary leader with 20+ years of executive experience driving economic mobility, workforce innovation, and mission-driven impact across nonprofit, tribal government, and enterprise sectors. Proven ability to scale services, forge high -level partnerships, and measurable outcomes for communities facing systematic challenges.


Skilled in federal/corporate grants, strategic partnerships, social enterprise development, and client-centered innovation. Recognized for building sustainable ecosystems that expand opportunities, reduce inequities, and strengthen organizational positioning for long-term success. It’s with this background where he holds a relentless passion on shining light on the underserved populations of the Black and Indigenous communities by way of Economic Development.


He is proud to work with the Arizona Association of Economic Developers as their Chairman for the Tribal committee. Along with actively working on the University of Arizona’s Cancer Research Center board where he is consulting with many tribes across the state to eradicate cancer.

 

Kendall is inspired by his 2 lovely children and in what spare time he has, you can find him deep in nature, playing golf or traveling.
