Her career includes key leadership roles with the Cities of Plymouth and Minneapolis, and advisory positions with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE), and Arizona List as a board member. In addition to her background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she holds and actively practices multiple professional certifications in equity, change management, federal workplace investigations, and public speaking—consistently embodying psychological safety, leading with emotional intelligence, and maintaining a forward-thinking approach.
